After 10+ years in IB / private equity I joined Ukraine's government to help my country after the Revolution of Dignity. My portfolio includes public procurement, deregulation, state-owned enterprise policy, donor coordination.

We've launched e-procurement system ProZorro which provides full transparency, saved $2bn of taxpayers money and won World Procurement Awards 2016 - Public Sector and OGP Awards 2016. ProZorro also branched out to ProZorro.Sale - redundant state property e-auction system with sales over $320m within the first 1.5 years of operation.
